last night i gave a presentation in my environmental policy class on a memo i wrote about encouraging the use of sustainable feminine hygiene products. a few hours later, i received this e-mail from one of my classmates:

"Thanks so much for your (brave) presentation tonight in Dr. Balint's class. I had never heard of alternative feminine hygiene products before but ordered a DivaCup online tonight. Thanks for spreading the word."
